- 2 years of experience in guiding the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
- Ability to analyze and solve problems creatively
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a multi-priority environment with demanding timelines
- Strong and effective communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail and quality
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodology
- Collaborates with project team member and customer during development process.
- Contributes to project planning, design, and estimating activities.
- Digital : Guidewire PolicyCenter, Personal Lines-Property and Casualty
- 8-10 Years of experience
- 2-7 years of experience in Guidewire product suite Policy Center development.
