Required Skills :
- Candidate should possess sound knowledge and hands on experience in Production & application support In depth knowledge on Incident, Change & Critical incident management lifecycle & process, Change Schedule & implementation Should have experience in SNOW ticketing tool. Jira & confluence Should possess strong knowledge in application monitoring using Dynatrace, Big Panda.
- Logscale, Splunk, Bitbucket, PLATO, Kubernetes, Grafana dashboards to analyses & identify the root cause & problems
- Basic scripting & implementation knowledge about JSON- Java Script object notation, Python & Java to automate application validations using VfaaS Basic knowledge & understanding of infrastructure components & functionalities of Servers, DB, Firewall, F5, Clusters, load balance, Data center failover.
- Basic knowledge on application vulnerability findings, governance & remediation process in Archer system
