* 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure monitoring and management
* In-depth knowledge of SolarWinds Server & Application Monitor (SAM) and Web Performance Monitor (WPM)
* Strong programming skills and experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
