Experience : using Navision accounting software; performing financial analysis using 4th generation query tools (Business Objects, Oracle, or similar);developing a budget and preparing financial reports.
Some knowledge of state budget processes.
Good knowledge of supervisory practices.
Troubleshooting automated system changes, testing automated system changes, including using data extraction tools and methods for analysis, sampling, testing, and reporting. Documenting business processes.
