Senior Power BI Developer with UX
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models, adhering to coding standards and best practicesDevelop and maintain version control for databases and dashboards to ensure consistency and accuracy across all reports and data sourcesCollaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to understand business needs, data sources, and requirementsTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and develop solutions that meet or exceed stakeholder expectationsDebug and optimize new and existing code to improve performance and ensure data accuracyDevelop documentation to standardize reports across the entire IT organization and ensure that reports are aligned with business objectivesTake ownership of the Power BI tool and plan roadmaps to interact, develop, and publish reports in partnership with the businessManage security, access, and licensing of the Power BI tool for online servicesCreate a unified database system to feed all other reports with row-level security depending on roles and responsibilities via data flows and data martsTrack the usage of Power BI services, plan future utilization, and keep data models from passing the existing license capacity for the company not to incur extra costsProactively monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimizationStay up to date with the latest Power BI features and trends and apply new knowledge to improve existing solutionsCreate strong user interface and user experience design, including data visualization and report formatting, to create the best possible user experienceDebug and optimize new and existing codeJOB REQUIREMENTS
8 years of Power BI experience.15 years of MS T-SQL development experience.Knowledge on DAX highly preferred.Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, data warehouse design, and data integrationExceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skillsConsulting or staffing experience is a plus, Strong creative and analytic problem-solving skills.Relevant certifications (Azure / Data or Analytics Certifications, SQL Management Studio, MS Power BI, Snowflake).Good working knowledge of Azure DevOps for version control and task / bug tracking.Please reply me with your updated resume and required details :
