Senior SolarWinds Implementation Specialist

Job Overview:

Syntricate Technologies seeks a highly skilled Senior SolarWinds Implementation Specialist with specialized experience in implementing robust and scalable monitoring frameworks using SolarWinds Server & Application Monitor (SAM) and Web Performance Monitor (WPM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design for implementing SolarWinds SAM and WPM, ensuring high performance and availability requirements are met.
• Develop a detailed monitoring strategy tailored to the organization's infrastructure, covering all servers, applications, and associated processes.
• Evaluate and implement SolarWinds WPM to monitor web applications, including setting up synthetic transactions and performance metrics.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide hands-on technical leadership during the implementation phase.
• Customize monitoring templates, dashboards, and reports according to the organization's needs.

Scripting and Automation:

• Develop and implement scripts for SolarWinds WPM to simulate user interactions with web applications.
• Create and manage scripts for synthetic transactions, ensuring they accurately reflect user behavior and application workflows.

Testing and Validation:

• Lead the testing and validation of the SolarWinds implementation to ensure accurate data collection, alerting, and reporting.
