Responsibilities :
- Telecommunications Design & Support : Translate business requirements into telecommunications needs, including LAN, CAN, WAN, voice, and video systems. Design and implement telecommunication solutions for medium and large-scale infrastructures.
- Engineering Analysis : Conduct in-depth engineering analysis of telecommunications alternatives to support strategic modernization and enhancement efforts for government public safety agencies.
- Configuration & Maintenance : Configure and maintain telecom systems including gateways, routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, network servers, multiplexers, calling card platforms, TDM, Dialogic, and VoIP systems (SIP, H.323 protocols, dial peers, VoIP carrier trunking).
- Infrastructure Design : Design supporting cable / wiring infrastructure for construction projects encompassing voice, data, video, and wireless technologies.
- Project Supervision : Oversee telecommunications projects, supervise project staff, and coordinate with other personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
- Program Management : Provide comprehensive program management services, including making presentations to national, state, and local officials to communicate project progress and objectives.
