- Understand the entire lifecycle of training, from analyzing training needs to creating content to delivery and evaluation
- bility to write across multiple modalities in learning / training and development - includes, but not limited to, live classes [ILT and vILT], online content [elearning / SGT, video], etc.
- Understand latest release of tools, apps, and relevant information to be able to effectively create, and deliver content; additional ability be able answer questions around content
- Develop content on, and for, macOS, iOS, and iPad; and, use a variety of tools to create content, such as but not limited to editing software, LMS / CMS, content creation tools / software
- Create training materials designed for in-person and distance-learning / self-paced, including, but not limited to, in person and remote audience [Instructor Led Content], web-based content such as instructional / informational videos and interactive self-guided format courses; including but not limited to pre-production, production, and post-production
- Develop, deliver, review and create content on, but not limited to, various proprietary and 3rd-party applications, across varying modalities as mentioned above.
- Deliver thoughtfully designed work which maximizes ease of use across a variety of audiences while remaining true to Apple's history of clean, aesthetically pleasing interfaces and materials
