Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing technical leadership in current implementation projects and on the customer AML roadmap.
- Reviewing and documenting the current architecture of the NICE Actimize Solutions and providing recommendations.
- Providing recommendations on legacy to Actimize migrations by closely working with the business and IT teams.
- Solving complex implementation and performance problems and managing client expectations and helping in troubleshooting customer issues during implementation, UAT, PROD, and post-production.
- Performing gap analysis, feasibility studies, and preparing reports for clients.
- Designing solutions to complex business problems in the AML space.
- Guiding technical teams on architecture solutions.
- Gathering information from subject-matter experts and developing, organizing, and writing procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
