What are the responsibilities and job description for the UX Designer position at Syntricate Technologies?
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years' work experience, including 2 years designing enterprise applications
- A command of visual communication principles including typography, iconography, grid systems, and motion design
- Experience designing, maintaining, and implementing design systems
- Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, and / or other design tools
- Proficiency in Principle or other non-Web-based motion-design tools
- Ability to clearly communicate design concepts through sketches, comps, and written specifications
- Functions well both independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Deep familiarity with client design principle
