Investigative Representative - This position will work directly with patients to verify the accuracy of claim information and to supply any missing information. The Investigative Representative will be speaking with patients to obtain all necessary information needed for third party coordination and ensure information is gathered and notated properly. Teamwork will be essential for this position. Representatives will need great communication and organizational skills to fulfill duties required for this position. Essential Duties

Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls, while demonstrating proper phone etiquette and HIPAA compliance

Obtaining accident details

Properly noting the account and dropping tasks to the correct department

Performing Scout search for possible claims
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Strong knowledge of computer skill and typing
Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Dependable and Detailed individual with organizational skills
Great Communication skills
Recommended- 1 to 2 years experience in administrative and/or telephone communications
