Teacher of English Certification Required
EFFECTIVE: 2025-2026 School Year
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate (CE, CEAS, Provisional, or Standard) with Teacher of English Endorsement (1410);
- Demonstrated knowledge of NJ Student Learning Standards in subject specialty and effective teaching method;
- Proficient at modeling/teaching/assessing written expression;
- Ability to maintain a positive learning environment;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
REPORTS TO: Principal
SALARY: As per salary guide
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 10-month position
