Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Maintain up-to-date training on Component Identification, Right-to-Know, and the following certifications: IPC 610A, Move Safe, ESD, FOD, J-STD-001, and NASA 8739, where applicable
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Vision corrected to 20/20
- Ability to work overtime hours, as needed
- Ability to obtain a Government granted security clearance, if necessary
- Performs ERP inventory transactions as needed to move product on the Production floor, including, but not limited to: issuing upper level kits, moving product from Finished Goods to shipping; entering splits; and printing one-for-one labels for boards
- Provides ERP training and assistance to Production employees; responds timely to Andon lights on the floor when employees need help
- Is a subject matter expert on ERP transactions and actively works to resolve ERP transactions from all users on the floor
- Facilitates production by ensuring that upper and lower level kits are in the right areas in a timely manner.
- Transacts and trains ERP simple and complex rejections, as well as rework transactions.
- Builds product on the Production floor, as needed
- Photographs boards as needed and saves picture files to the server
- Coordinates and executes returned goods including receiving in the returned goods through receiving inspection and creating a job in the ERP system
- Improve the returned goods incoming process from receiving to production floor to reduce downtime and turnaround time to customer.
- Improve communication on RG with our internal teams PMs, QEs, and PEs
- Delivers the product to the proper build cell and follow up to ensure returned goods continue through the manufacturing process and are transacted properly in the ERP system until unit is complete.
- Communicates with Program Managers and Buyer, Planners on the Production schedules and status of returned goods; communicates with Engineers to disposition product as required
- Work with production supervisors and team leads to schedule returned goods through each manufacturing process
- Provides weekly status of returned goods to Program Managers and posts monthly status on Blue Wall
- Observes and enforces safety rules as well as 5S
- Supports Team Leads, Production Supervisors and Operations Manager, as needed
- Participates in physical inventories of product and material on the production floor
- Participates in Continuous Improvement projects
- Participates in projects as assigned by the Operations Manager
