About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful applicant will lead, train, and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest levels of customer service. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team productivity as well as:
- Supervise customer service team
- Work alongside different business areas, such as operations, sales and logistics
- Ensure a high standard of customer service
- Handle escalated customer issues
- Manage Customer Queries
- Communicate with customers and staff
