Description
This position is responsible for performing and supporting daily services of the Human Resources department, including but not limited to recruitment, new hire onboarding, benefits, employee relations, recordkeeping requirements and compliance, employment regulations, student management, leave management and compliance education in partnership with Human Resources leadership.
This is a Full Time, benefited position. Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with human resources, business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years human resources experience, with payroll background desired. Experience within the healthcare industry is highly desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective computer skills required with a good functional skill level in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline adherence
- Excellent time management, organization, and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high-level of confidentiality
- Demonstrated initiative, self-starter with ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
- Experience with a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and/or Payroll System preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
