Description
We are seeking full-time Nurse Practitioners to join our new Urgent Care in Lincoln, opening later this Fall. Currently under renovation, the Urgent Care is located near 70th & Highway 2, with hours of operation of 8am-8pm, seven days per week. Staffing will be shared with other advanced practice providers.
Under the supervision of a Physician, this position will perform a variety of urgent care related patient services to ensure timely, competent, quality care for all who seek services. To facilitate set-up and system training for this new clinic, we are planning on employment start dates in July.
Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Advanced Nurse Practitioner program
• State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire
