We are seeking a self-motivated and organized individual to join our Sales Team as an Outside/Territory Sales Representative with 100% Company-Paid medical, dental, vision and life benefits!

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in pursuing new and maintaining current accounts within the Onondaga and Madison County territory. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Essential Functions:
· Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop strategies to solicit new customers and to achieve Sales targets and objectives
· Build strong relationships with current and prospective customers
· Manage customer accounts – renewals and retention
· Create and manage spreadsheets for reports
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
· Review marketing material
· Effectively demonstrate product and service lines
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Customer-service mentality
· Computer proficiency including Microsoft word and excel and generating reports using standard software applications
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously
· Ability to develop and maintain relationships
· Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials
· Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, vendors and co-workers in a professional and helpful manner in person or via phone or written correspondence
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to demonstrate initiative in meeting sales and revenue goals
· Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
Requirements:
· Eligible to work in the U.S.
· High school diploma or GED (Associates and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required)
· 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in the service industry
· Equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered
· Valid and insurable driver’s license (required)
