What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Parking Salesperson position at Syracuse Mets?
Job Description:
- Manage entrance to NBT Bank Stadium parking lots & collect money or parking tickets from guests
- Must be able to use a portable credit card unit to collect payments. (Credit Card Only)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Provide excellent customer service to guests at NBT Bank Stadium
- Answer questions to the best of your ability or help find the answer
- Provide directions to different locations around NBT Bank Stadium
- Provide assistance for any other need that may arise
- Assist in all other duties as needed
