Company & Position Overview:
This position will be based out of our corporate office located in Phoenix, NY. We are a full service supplier of CNC machine tools, parts and operating software The Sales Support and Order Specialist will work in an office setting. The right fit candidate will have a positive can-do attitude who enjoys a fast paced environment. This person must be a team player who is self-motivated, professional, friendly and willing to learn.
This person will be responsible for supporting 6 sales personnel directly and through our CRM with information and pricing on accessories for large capital goods equipment. This position also includes ordering the equipment and accessories. Ideal candidate will be highly organized, enjoy working with others, and is highly motivated to solve problems and seek solutions.
Other qualifications:Knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to navigate a customer database Learn new products and coordinating parts Strong time management skills Excellent written and verbal skills A positive and professional demeanor
This role is full-time Monday through Friday; days.
