As a Business Technology Specialist at Syracuse Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients in the field of Information Technology. Additionally, you will provide AV support for audio-visual equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues related to computer systems and peripherals.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Assist in software installations and updates.
- Offer AV support for audio-visual equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Help maintain an inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with senior IT technicians on more complex IT issues and projects.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or coursework in IT is a plus.

Physical and Mental Requirements
