Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid remote/in-person role for a Sales Representative at Syracuse Thermal Products, Inc.
As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving sales by providing accurate takeoff quotes and managing the sales process for commercial HVAC equipment to the construction industry. This role involves tracking jobs throughout the bidding process, following up with customers, and strategically quoting our products to secure business. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing customer relationships, data entry into our CRM, and ensuring our solutions meet our customers needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a commercial HVAC sales agent or project estimator, particularly in the commercial building or related space.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
