As Director - Sales, you will work on offering solutions to clients related to latest application of AI/Analytics/Data to solve complex business problems and demonstrate significant business value to various clients. In doing so, you will closely collaborate with a team of consultants, data scientists, and data engineers.

You Will Lead Client Relationships, Manage Revenue, Work Towards Growth Of The Account And Articulate The Value Delivered. On a Typical Workday, You Could Be Doing One Or More Of The Following
- Manage client relationship across one or more clients.
- Focus on offering more solutions and growing the client account, with strong focus on revenue management.
- Participate in client workshops to identify high impact problems that could be solved through AI/Analytics/Data based solutions.
- Translate business problems (sometimes ambiguous) into clear Analytic/Data problem statements.
- Work closely with delivery teams to design the analytics/data solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities.
- Perform a role that involves a combination of hands-on contribution, consumer engagement and team management.
- Articulate how analytic results improve clients’ business and financial metrics.
- Contribute to organization building through sharing best practices and the latest industry trends.
- Experience in stakeholder management, driving project governance and linking analytics to business value delivered.
- Experience of Business Development and pitching solutions to large clients. Active Account mapping and up/cross sell across assigned accounts in order win new business.
- Experience of growing client accounts and managing client across various levels
- Knowledge of DS/ML/AI techniques – when and why they are used and interpretation of results from business viewpoint.
- In depth understanding of how analytics is used in decision making in one or more industries (Pharma/Retail/CPG) / functional areas (Supply Chain).
- Ability to translate a high-level business problem into an analytic problem statement.
- Experience in scoping, development, validation and deployment of explanatory, predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics tools such as R and/ or Python.
- Experience in analyzing and visualizing data using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- 10 years of relevant experience (preferably Supply Chain Domain in Pharma, Retail, CPG etc.)
- Preferred location: Seattle, WA / NJ.
