- Serve as the TPO for multiple Ent. Quality D&A products and platforms, driving the technology roadmap and strategy to meet complex business needs.
- Advocate for the integration of Data & Analytics best practices, ensuring alignment with the strategic Ent. Quality business objectives.
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across Ent. Quality, TQ, TS, and other departments to prioritize features and manage the delivery of analytics solutions.
- Drive the development process by converting high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications in collaboration with business partners, data engineers and development teams.
- Monitor platform performance metrics, identify areas for strategic improvement, and recommend enhancements to support informed decision-making and improve user experience.
- Lead regular stakeholder reviews, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), to collect feedback and iterate on product capabilities.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging best practices in data analytics, continuously evaluating new technologies for potential integration.
- Maintain accurate portfolio information across Nexus, Asset Management Tool, Lean IX, ITSM, and IAM systems.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferred: Advanced degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years focused on delivering impactful Data & Analytics capabilities.
- Proven track record in digital product management, especially in Data & Analytics, with strong analytical skills for data evaluation and strategic decision-making.
- Understanding of quality management processes and systems, particularly within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Agile and SDLC methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA) is essential.
- Knowledge of technologies, including MS Azure and Databricks, as well as visualization and reporting tools (e.g., ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
- Experience in CDL or EDW within Johnson & Johnson is highly preferred.
- Background in Quality Management, Regulated Data/Spaces - GxP, CFR 21 Part 11 Compliance is considered a strong asset.
- Familiarity with J&J specific source systems and data structures related to Quality Systems, including LIMS, NC, CAPA, and Audit systems such as Trackwise, Comet, Curve, PQMS, Summit, and ETQ Instinct is considered a strong asset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in managing large, complex cross functional budgets is preferred.
- Must have the ability to influence and lead senior leadership teams.
