Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced program manager to join our team and lead large-scale programs and projects. The ideal candidate should have a background in managing high-profile programs, preferably within Johnson & Johnson (J&J) , and possess expertise in agile methodologies, along with a strong understanding of program management fundamentals such as budget , scope , schedule management , and change management .
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage large-scale programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee all aspects of program and project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Drive agile working principles across teams, ensuring delivery within timelines and budget.
- Ensure change management is effectively implemented, mitigating risks and addressing issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams , fostering strong relationships to align project goals and requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress, risks, and achievements.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners as necessary, managing all external and internal communications.
- Ensure effective budget management , tracking expenditures and ensuring the program is delivered within the allocated budget.
