An Industry Leader of Multifamily Housing has an immediate opening for an experienced landlord or property site manager. Bring your knowledge and experience to join our team in Roberts Idaho.
IMMEDIATE OPENING for experienced Property Site Manager at Twin Pines Manor & South Fremont Senior Apartments. This is a great opportunity for an established, stable, management firm. Successful candidates will have experience in affordable federal housing programs or other housing programs preferred. Must be proficient in software applications and possess basic math skills.
Our Property Site Manager will have organizational abilities to assist them while learning HOME, USDA, HUD, & Low-Income Housing LIHTC regulations. Community Site Manager must be able to have good reasoning and problem-solving skills to deal with conflicting situations. Working as a team with all members will assist our new employee to learn and optimize the owner’s assets as one of our top goals.
This position also requires strong leadership and good time management in addition to the following:
Property Site Manager duties include: (Not all-encompassing)
- Supervising Maintenance Staff
- Maintaining occupancy
- Administering Low Income Housing HOME, USDA, & LIHTC certifications
- Leasing of property
- Resident retention programs
- Working with language barriers
- Accounting of daily deposits
- Maintaining accurate reports and records

Preferred qualified applicants should have at least 1-2 years of experience in property management maintenance or similar job experience. Any office skills set are encouraged to apply!
Candidate must have good organizational skills, good communication, demonstrated customer service skills, a professional appearance, attention to detail, and experience supervising other team members. Managers are expected to work flexible hours/days/weekends when required during emergency situations.
