What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance person position at Syringa Property Management, Inc.?
Looking for maintenance person to perform general maintenace tasks for an Apartment complex in Payson, Utah.
Job responsibilities are turning of units 90% painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, snow removal, grounds cleaning. Must be available for emergencies such as flood, or loss of heat.
Must be organized, able to work on your own, must have own tools and transportation. Looking for a person who has integrity, enjoys work, dependable, customer service oriented, works efficiently. Must be able to pass a drug test. No need to apply if not serious.
