Property Manager - Full Time Position Connemara & Jackson Street Apartments (Laramie Wyoming)

Syringa Property Management an Industry Leader of Multifamily Housing has an immediate opening for an experienced Property Site Manager or Landlord. Bring your knowledge and experience to join our team in Ammon & Shelley Idaho.
IMMEDIATE OPENING for experienced Property Site Manager at Connemara & Jackson Street Apartments. A great opportunity with an established, stable, management firm. Successful candidates will have experience in affordable federal housing programs or other federal housing programs preferred. Must be proficient in software applications and possess basic math skills.
Our Property Manager will have organizational abilities to assist them while learning HOME & LIHTC Regulations. Working as a team with all members to optimize the owner's assets is our goal. The Property Manager must be able to have good reasoning and problem-solving skills to deal with conflicting situations. Communication, customer service and attention to detail are also important skills.
Property Manager Position requires strong leadership and time management in addition to the following: (Not all -encompassing)
- Supervising Maintenance Staff
- Maintaining occupancy
- Administering Low Income Housing HOME & LIHTC certifications
- Leasing of property
- Resident retention programs
- Working with language barriers with assistance of Limited English Proficiency (LEP)
- Accounting of daily deposits
- Maintaining accurate reports and records
Preferred qualified applicants should have at least 1 years of experience in property management or similar job experience. All with office management experience are encouraged to apply!
Demonstrated customer service skills, a professional appearance, and experience supervising other team members are needed for this position.
