What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Manager position at SYRINGA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT?
Site manager of affordable housing communities. Experience in LIHTC or other affordable federal multi-family housing programs is preferred. Must be proficient in Software applications, including Microsoft programs and property management software, possess good math skills. Position requires frequent communication with property owner, investors, senior property management officials, as well as regular interaction with tenants. Must exhibit exceptional organizational skills, time management, communication and demonstrated customer service skills, professional appearance, and experience supervising other team members are needed for this position. Competitive salary, with benefits, provided, compensation dependent upon experience. Managers are expected to work flexible hours/days/weekends if required. Some travel will be needed for regional meetings and training. Employer offers regular training and education opportunities.. Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record. Physical Requirements: Extensive mobility and good physical condition. Must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to: ability to walk property, including 4 flights of stairs, to complete physical inspections, deliver resident communications, and show apartments. Be able to effectively communicate with residents, staff, supervisors, vendors, etc.
Must have a reliable vehicle to perform various management tasks and errands Must have proof of liability insurance for same. Bondable and Valid Driver’s License.

Pay: $30,000-$35,000 Depending on experience.
