**Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Technician II to perform routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet vehicles and equipment. The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and hands-on experience with diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on all fleet vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Conduct regular vehicle safety checks to identify and address any issues or defects
- Repair and replace faulty components as needed, using diagnostic tools and techniques to quickly identify problems
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed descriptions of repairs and maintenance activities
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair, with a focus on diesel engines and heavy-duty trucks
- ASE certifications in Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks and Diesel Engines
