Job Summary
Sysco has immediate openings for dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to safely operate a tractor-trailer and manually unload/deliver products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a tractor-trailer to deliver various products to customer locations
- Build relationships with customers using a positive, friendly attitude
- Become familiar with customer operations to meet their needs and expectations
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Age 21 or older
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to lift, push, or move product weighing up to 100 pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred Requirements
- 1 year of customer delivery experience
- 6 months of hand cart/hand truck experience
- 6 months of food and beverage experience
- 2 years of consistent work history
