Fleet Technicians play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet. They perform routine maintenance inspections, identify potential issues, and carry out repairs to prevent vehicle breakdowns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in medium and heavy-duty truck repair, with experience working on complex systems such as engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections on all fleet vehicles
- Identify and diagnose potential issues using computer-based diagnostic software
- Carry out repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Document all work performed on work orders
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-year technical degree or 1 year of experience in fleet maintenance and repair
- Valid driver's license
