Sales Associate
Join our SYGMA Oklahoma Distribution Center, where you can earn a great income and work a 4-day week with most Saturdays off. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for hand-building pallets of products and loading them onto trailers according to company and customer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read pick sheets and travel to proper warehouse locations using a pallet jack.
- Pick the right product type and quantity, label it, and place it on a pallet.
- Load the pallet onto trucks according to established zone, location, and standards.
- Handle products and build pallets according to food safety procedures.
- Communicate with management about any issues or concerns.
- Operate company equipment safely and report any issues.
- Complete paperwork and track time spent on assignments.
- Work assigned schedule and attend meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- Forklift and pallet jack license/certification.
- Knowledge of safe lifting procedures and food safety guidelines.
- Ability to operate forklift and/or pallet jack in tight areas.
- Read, write, and communicate in English.
- Wear personal protective equipment.
