We are looking for a skilled and experienced Diesel Fleet Mechanic Technician III to join our team at Sysco. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy-duty diesel mechanics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on our fleet vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on company-owned equipment.
- Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in heavy-duty diesel mechanics or a related field.
- ASE certifications and/or EPA section 608 certification.
