DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create reporting and communicate insight for Sales & Marketing leadership team; metric development
• Provide insight into the numbers for Corporate FP&A
• Manage Sales & Marketing AOP and budgeting process
• Manage Sales & Marketing monthly/quarterly business review process
• Identify growth, margin and efficiency opportunities
• Perform Ad-hoc analytics and financial decision support
• Sales Transformation tracking; tie to P&L
• Senior Finance support for major initiatives
• Sales Leadership: Insight into monthly and quarterly reporting; AOP development and forecasts
• Sales Staff(RVPs): Operational metrics and tracking
• Marketing Leadership: Insight into monthly and quarterly reporting; AOP development and forecasts
• Marketing Staff: Insight into monthly and quarterly reporting; AOP development and forecasts
• Corporate FP&A: Corporate forecasting, AOP and analytics

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• MBA or, an equivalent combination of education and experience (5 years) sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
• Minimum at least 5 years of work experience in a corporate setting, with emphasis on areas such as financial planning and analysis, corporate accounting, business analytics, and financial modeling
• Strong Commercial focus, with exposure to multiple business/functions and excellent business partnering skills
