Main Responsibilities:
- Check and verify the quality and quantity of received products.
- Report any discrepancies to warehouse management and merchandising teams.
- Ensure the safety and security of the unloading process.
- Accurately document and track overages, shortages, and damages.
- Notify warehouse management of delayed trucks and schedules.
- Coordinate the return of unwanted products to the truck and obtain necessary signatures.
- Collaborate with lumper services to streamline unloading procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dock area.
