At Sysco, we are looking for a reliable and skilled CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to join our team. As a CDL A Delivery Truck Driver with Sysco, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a tractor-trailer and manually unloading/delivering various products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to read, write, and communicate in English, as well as the ability to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds repeatedly. Additionally, they should be flexible and able to work overtime as required, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
Responsibilities
- Operate a tractor-trailer and manually unload/deliver various products to customer locations
- Build relationships with customers using a positive and friendly attitude
- Meet customer needs and expectations by becoming familiar with their operations
Requirements
- 21 years of age
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Touch freight experience preferred
