Job Summary:
This role is responsible for executing Cybersecurity M&A due diligence and leading cyber integration planning, coordination, and reporting while partnering across multiple Cyber, business, and technology cross function teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
Execute Cybersecurity M&A due diligence activities partnering with business and technology deal teams to identify and communicate cyber risk to Sysco.
Lead the delivery of Cybersecurity integration activities to deploy Cybersecurity tools and capabilities at new M&As; collaborate with cross functional teams and senior stakeholders in technology, business functions, and Cybersecurity to ensure timely completion of integration activities.
Build and maintain cyber deal models and forecasts to enable decision making by leadership.
Design, build, and communicate metrics and reporting to leadership.
Design and implement continuous improvement opportunities to reduce cyber risk and implement efficiencies applying the latest industry best practices
Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related technical field of study. Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
Education Preferred:
Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related technical field of study.
Experience Required:
- 10 or more years of experience in cybersecurity M&A integration, cybersecurity project management, security risk assessment, or audit.
- Strong experience in cybersecurity or technology project management and budgeting.
- Strong experience working with business and technology cross functional teams.
- Strong experience in coordinating and managing work performed by internal and external team resources.
- Strong experience in one or more information security (NIST CSF) and privacy domains.
- Strong experience in process improvement and re-engineering.
- Experience in large enterprise environments.
- Excellent oral and written communication and ability to engage with senior stakeholders across the enterprise.
Licenses/Certification Required:
Certified Information on Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Shared Assessments Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or Certified Third Party Risk Assessor (CTPRA), Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP), Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP)
Licenses/Certification Preferred:
