Job Description Summary

Assists the treasury team with all of the responsibilities of that function. This includes updating the monthly treasurer’s report, day to day execution of the share repurchase program, and being the main treasury liaison managing Sysco’s fleet leasing program. Manage all related treasury control functions including external compliance and reporting. Work with cross-functional corporate teams to help maintain and update treasury model used for cash flow and working capital planning and forecasting. Model leasing and other financing opportunities and perform economic analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support on Share Repurchase program, which includes daily payment/processing related to executed transactions
• Main owner of the monthly Treasurer’s deck
• Assist in creating and maintaining long-term cash flow, working capital and interest income/expense forecast.
• Assist in forecasting and reporting related to supply chain financing and factoring programs.
• Coordinate fleet leasing activities with banks and the fleet management team.
• Manage all internal/external debt covenant and compliance reporting.
• Support Capital Planning function through administration of CIP system.
• Other ad-hoc financial analysis and projects, presentations, and miscellaneous tasks.

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, finance or accounting; MBA preferred

Education Preferred:

Experience Required:

3 plus years of progressive experience in finance and/or treasury

Experience Preferred:

3 plus years of progressive experience in finance and/or treasury
