Job Summary:
Delivery Truck Driver Role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, this role will involve safely transporting products from the warehouse to customer locations using a non-CDL vehicle. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to customer locations on time, adhering to assigned routes and company standards.
- Unload products from vehicles, either manually or using hand carts, in all weather conditions.
- Monitor and report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies during deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding delivery schedules, route changes, and other operational matters.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma/GED/equivalent degree, plus one year of previous delivery or customer service experience.
- A valid driver's license, with insurance requirements as a condition of initial and continued employment.
