Main Responsibilities:
- Inspect and Count Products: Conduct thorough inspections of products being unloaded to verify quality and quantity against purchase orders.
- Communicate Discrepancies: Inform warehouse management and merchandising teams of any discrepancies or issues with purchase orders.
- Ensure Truck Security: Verify that drivers are backed up to the correct door and their trailers are secure before unloading begins.
- Document Issues: Record all overages, shortages, and damages during the unloading process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Up to one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Sysco.
- Certifications: Pallet Jack and Forklift Certification from Sysco.
