SYSCOM’s client is seeking a highly skilled Project manager/Business analyst (PM/BA) for a multi-year project. We are seeking the Project Manager/Business Analyst to manage an in-progress online customer chat and multiple data analytics projects across several of our clients divisions. The planning phase of these projects will include coordinating work across our clients departments, and external vendors. At a high level, the candidate will initially work on the online customer chat and data analytics projects as identified by the department. In addition, the resource may be assigned to other projects across the department.
Work location: Hybrid role with approximately 3 days per week onsite in St. Paul, MN 55101 and 2 days remote; work schedule subject to change.
Project Duration: Anticipated start date of December 2024 to November 28, 2026, with extensions possible.

Job duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide leadership and coordination for project that will involve clients staff and other departments.
- Research technology requirements; identify tools and resources needed/available.
- Provide impact analysis on departments, such as the call center, and others.
- Build a list of statute, policy, and procedures necessary for a successful undertaking.
- Identify how users would be on-boarded and supported.
- Develop a projected budget that would include initial and ongoing technology, staffing, maintenance, and support.
- Document how client could proceed and meet Federal requirements.
- Provide knowledge transfer
- Five (5) years of experience as a senior Project Manager
- Three (3) years of experience as a senior Business Analyst
- Experience compiling reports for executive review.
- Ability to work onsite in St. Paul, Minnesota
- Two (2) years of experience working in a government setting with multiple stakeholders and users.
- Experience working with law enforcement systems and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree
