What You'll Do
- Lead client training sessions, ensuring clarity, effectiveness, and follow-up.
- Assist with ERP system design, project management, and implementation.
- Respond to client requests with clear action steps for training, accounting projects, and software support.
- Deliver accurate work aligned with GAAP guidelines.
- Maintain detailed work papers and procedures to support client success.
- Support clients with key lifecycle tasks such as year-end payroll closings, union rate changes, and software updates.
- Utilize ERP Report Writers, Power BI, and query tools to customize reports and generate insights.
What We're Looking For
- Five or more years of experience in construction-specific ERP implementations (Core Accounting, Payroll, Project Management for Specialty Subcontractors; Service experience is a plus).
- Strong accounting knowledge, including WIP balance sheets, job costing, union payroll, and progress billing.
- Experience teaching and training, including creating documentation and procedures for end-users.
- Experience maintaining an audit trail for financial transactions and client interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP report writing tools.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines while handling multiple client requests.
- Self-starter who is organized, results-driven, and eager to solve challenges.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Preferred: Experience with Acumatica and/or Sage 100 Contractor.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
