Position : SAP TM Consultant

Location : Arlington, VA (Remote)

Mode : Contract

Role & responsibilities :

• Must have Experience between 8 to 12 Years as SAP TM Consultant.
• Your main tasks include the management and implementation of SAP TM projects.
• Good Understanding & hands on Experience of SAP TM Business Processes.
• Design & Implement Business Processes using standard methodologies during Implementation of SAP TM-Collaborating with Business users to Design, Develop, Test and Implement.
• Proven ability developing and Implementing SAP TM Module components within ERP landscape.
• Experience in Order Management, Transportation Planning, Fright Execution, Settlement
• Hands-on experience in Shipper for order management, planning, carrier selection, tendering, execution, settlement, group logistics, BN4L freight collaboration, BN4L GTT scenarios.
• Integration with SD / MM, WM / EWM for the transportation execution activities.
• You are a sparring partner for your area of responsibility and support the company in its daily business.
• You further develop standardized processes in the area of Transport Management
• You are responsible for the analysis of existing and development of new best practice processes and organizational models.
• You work together with colleagues throughout the world on the creation and implementation of a global IT strategy.
• As an expert, you look beyond your own nose and identify IT trends and innovations.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• You have a good understanding of processes in the area of logistics / transportation and related areas.
• 8-12 years of experience developing SAP business systems and processes in large and complex business environment.
• Candidate should have done 2 SAP E2E implementation project. Minimum 1 E2E implementation in S / 4 HANA.
• You have several years of profound experience with SAP TM and related modules (e.g. SAP EWM) and have already successfully applied your knowledge in practice
• Ideally you are experienced in debugging.
• You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable or have a scientific background with corresponding further training.
• You like to work analytically, conceptually and with a certain hands-on Mentality.
• Experience with Business Process and / or Services Modeling in global business environment.
• You know how to convince and show solutions in English.
