One Trust, BigId Systems Support- Senior Consultant
As a System Support Specialist at BigID and One Trust, talent will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers using BigID's and One Trust's data security, privacy, and compliance solutions. Talent to work closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, ensuring they can effectively use BigID and One Trust products to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via ticketing tool.
Diagnose and resolve system-related issues, including software bugs, configuration problems, and performance issues.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams when necessary.
Troubleshoot user requests in L1 and L2 and provide resolution as per SLA.
System Maintenance:
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and backups.
Ensure system security by implementing and maintaining security protocols and measures.
Technical Guidance:
Assist customers with the installation, configuration, and integration of BigID and One Trust products.
Provide best practices and technical advice to help customers optimize their use of BigID and One Trust solutions.
Conduct system audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed documentation of support cases, solutions, and best practices.
Develop user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting manuals to assist customers and internal teams.
Update documentation based on new product features and customer feedback.
Training and Education:
Conduct training sessions and webinars for customers to enhance their understanding and use of BigID and One Trust products.
Develop training materials and resources to support customer education initiatives.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to resolve technical issues and improve product functionality.
Collaborate with other support team members to share knowledge and improve support processes.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance overall customer experience.
Value Add Services:
Suggest Practices to help improve maturity on Data Privacy Program with respect to reduction of tickets, improve DSR process Flow, Improve Compliance stand, improve current Integration , troubleshooting, help in Automation of regular tasks.
