We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team at SysMind Tech.
About the Role
This is a key position that requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in large-enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working globally across multiple markets and geographies, as well as coaching marketing organizations on their adoption of agile methods.
Key Responsibilities
- C coach leadership teams, executives, line managers, delivery teams, and individuals within an organization.
- Demonstrate expertise in facilitation and training.
- Maintain certifications such as CTI, ICF, Scrum Alliance, or SAFe.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience as an agile coach in large-enterprise environments.
- At least five years of experience operating in a global role across multiple markets and geographies.
- At least five years of experience coaching marketing organizations on their adoption of agile methods.
What We Offer
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
