Job Description :
The Audio Visual (A / V) Technical Project Lead role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of video conferencing and A / V solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, collaborate with design engineers, project manage the implementation of video conferencing and A / V solutions for conference rooms and specialty environments
- Collaborate with Real Estate & Development, architect, general contractor, procurement, network, voice teams to develop A / V project plans, manage timelines and risks
- Manage the activities of A / V integration vendors including but not limited to, review and approve proposals, validate drawings, and ensure installation is in accordance with Apple standards.
- Track and document A / V inventory
- Deliver project status reports to stakeholders
