- Quality assurance experience gained ideally from within the financial services sector.
- Technical knowledge of mortgages and / or lifetime mortgage lending would be an advantage, especially knowledge of the FCA Mortgages and Mortgage Conduct of Business sourcebook (MCOB).
- Analytical skills to investigate potential complex cases, working with other areas of the business to assess information.
- The ability to create good working relationships, a good team player, contributing ideas and putting team objectives first.
