What are the responsibilities and job description for the BigData Senior Analyst position at SysMind Tech?

Incident management, Problem management, change management using ServiceNow tool.

Modifies and maintains existing systems to address changes in business processes.

Performs research, analysis, design, creation and implementation of business systems to meet current and future user requirements.

Monitoring and improve application performance

Co-ordinate with otpersonr teams to resolve tperson issue. Ex : Infrastructure issue

Status update to Customer (Adhoc, Daily, Weekly & Monthly)

Meeting tperson Service levels for resolution of reported application issues.

Functions as a technical resource for otperson team members

Develops System documentation and provide assistance with user documentation

SOP Creation, Review & Retire of all application

Answers questions from tperson business as well as provide adhoc queries when requested

Technical team management experience including offshore team members
