Analyze the current state of Product Master data and identify gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop a business process to define, govern, and maintain Product Master data, including roles, responsibilities, workflows, policies, and standards.
Engage with business leaders across the organization to understand their needs and expectations for Product Master data and to solicit their feedback and buy-in for the proposed business process.
Socialize and implement the business process across the organization, ensuring alignment and compliance with the Product Master data quality and consistency objectives.
Communicate new requirements and changes to the Product MDM and Reference Data Teams to operationalize the business process and to support the ongoing representation, maintenance and enhancement of Product Master data.
Monitor and measure the performance and effectiveness of the business process and Product Master data, and report on the progress and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and provide training, guidance, and support to the business users and data owners involved in the business process and Product Master data.
