What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analyst with TDM experience position at SysMind Tech?
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for TDM requirements gathering, analysis, coordination with project, application and other stakeholders for the TDM solution implementation
- Understand the E2E data flow
- Perform data / PHI analysis
- Manage / coordinate product upgrades / maintenance and testing of TDM toolsets with enterprise development teams
- Collaborate with architect(s) and provide support to other teams, such as DevOps for migrating data provisioning code through a centralized infrastructure to lower environments
- Apply established enterprise test data management best practices and guidelines
- Determine data provisioning and masking requirements, to assist in the design / review of specific workflows and work with enterprise development teams
- Implement test data management defined approaches / frameworks
- Design and develop Test Data Management workflows for Proof of Concept situations when new technologies or new use cases are encountered by the enterprise
- Conform with and ensure compliance with established solution design
- Assist enterprise teams with data profiling, and the development of new test data provisioning and test data masking use cases, researching solutions and addressing issues with the tools, as necessary
- Facilitate, design and / or integrate self service capabilities into the Test Data Management enterprise framework
- Recommend improvement (automation) practices, techniques and tools (ideally)
- Support the Test Data Management strategy for testing organization across portfolios, products, and lines of business
- Monitor and ensure all the test data is delivered
- Collaborate with the TDM Engineer to support design and implementation of the solution
- Work with stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service, function or product provided
- Communicate risks and impact of potential solutions
- Provide feedback back to the TDM team during implementation
- Coordinate work on one or multiple work streams / project at a time
- Team up with IT Product and UAT teams to help plan, define and procure test data
- Be the liaison between Portfolio and TDM teams; and help address concerns
- Advocate the utilization of TDM capabilities outside projects' lifecycle
- Update process for TDM demand estimation and communicate it across teams
- Work with Project teams to identify TDM demand and communicate that to the TDM Delivery Manager (or the TBD role that manages demand)
- Identify business improvement opportunities and communicate them to leadership
- Provide input to the TDM Delivery Manager as needed
